Two Bin system
We have now implemented a two-bin system for many customers. This system, also called ‘Kanban’, ensures that stocks are replenished based on consumption. Pull instead of push. Does the stock drop to a certain point? A signal is then sent upstream to the process to replenish the stock. A system that works optimally with a consistent purchase pattern.
