Logistics services for customers worldwide

From our warehouse in Eindhoven, we provide logistic services for customers worldwide. Our warehouse offers space for over 4,000 pallets and a variety of automated locations for the storage of goods. This allows us to fully take care of your inventory and to be an important part of your supply chain. Bufab Flos delivers products fully tailored to your wishes, on any location of your choice, using our own fleet. The delivery location does not necessarily have to be your own warehouse; goods can be delivered to an assembly location or to a distribution centre as well.

Two bin / Kanban system

We have implemented a two-bin / kanban system at many of our customers. A Kanban system ensures that products are supplemented on the basis of consumption. Pull instead of push. Is your stock lowering to a certain point? There will be a signal issued to the upstream process to replenish the inventory. A system that works optimally for a regular usage pattern.

Inventory management tailored to customer wishes

For our logistics services, customization is rather the rule than the exemption. We always design the logistics process as desired by the customer. We think in solutions for the optimization of stocks and the establishments of an efficient logistics process, both internally and externally. We do this by using the latest tools and systems including smartglass. We also provide customized packaging and provide them with the preferred labels (barcode, QR code, etc.). We supply many components in sets or provide other forms of kitting.
